You can know you’re unhappy at work and still stay another three years.
You can know you want to start something and still find twenty perfectly reasonable reasons to wait.
You can know a boundary needs to change and still feel guilty every time you try to change it.
You can know you’re carrying everybody else’s shit and still wake up tomorrow carrying it again.
That doesn’t mean you’re failing.
It means knowing is only part of it.
The Practice is where we take what you’re starting to recognize about yourself and begin putting it into your actual life.
We meet twice each month.
One gathering will usually begin with something I’m teaching because it’s showing up in the room.
It could be boundaries.
Fear.
Receiving.
Visibility.
Relationships.
Purpose.
Business.
What’s yours and what you’re carrying for somebody else.
Why the plan you made five years ago may not fit you anymore.
How to stop demanding certainty before you take one damn step.
Or whatever else we clearly need to talk about.
But I’m not going to lecture at you for 90 minutes.
We’ll use it.
We’ll talk about what it looks like in real life.
You may work through something with another woman.
Someone else’s experience may make something click for you.
And you leave with something you can actually do.
The second gathering is driven much more by you.
You’ll be able to submit questions before we meet.
Some I can answer quickly.
Some deserve a deeper conversation.
Those become hot seats or group discussions.
Sometimes I may immediately see something underneath the question.
Sometimes another woman in the room will.
And sometimes I’m going to hand your question right back to you and ask:
Okay—but what do YOU think?
Because I don’t want you getting better at asking Marsha what to do.
I want you getting better at understanding yourself.
There will also be a small foundational library.
Not a 47-module course.
Just useful things you can return to around themes that repeat in my work:
- What do I actually want?
- What is mine and what am I carrying for somebody else?
- What keeps getting in the way?
- Why do I know something and still not trust it?
- How do I take what I’m learning about myself and actually use it?
Calls will be recorded, so the library grows naturally.
I’ll also bring in guest experts when it genuinely adds something useful to the room.
And we may have occasional special workshops, mini-reading experiences or other things that make sense as we go.
What I want to see changing after a few months
Not that you’ve watched a bunch of videos.
That you can point to your actual life.
- You’re clearer about what you want.
- You’re making decisions.
- You’re taking steps.
- You’re noticing old patterns sooner instead of six months later.
- You’re asking for help when you need it.
- You’re changing things that aren’t working.
And when you’re unsure, you’re becoming much better at stopping and asking:
What is actually true for me here?
You also have women around you who know what you’re working toward and can say:
“Hey. Didn’t you tell us three months ago you wanted this?”
Sometimes we all need that.
