Hello Me 28

The idea

Not fixing yourself. Noticing yourself.

What you repeatedly think shapes what you focus on, how you feel, how you show up, the choices you make — and ultimately how you experience your life.

For 28 days you’ll practice paying attention to your thoughts, spotting the stories that aren’t helping anymore, and getting a little more intentional about where your attention goes next.

  1. Thoughts
  2. Focus
  3. Feelings
  4. Choices
  5. Your life

This is not toxic positivity.

Hard thoughts, fear, frustration, anger and bad days are all allowed here. The practice isn’t pretending they’re not there — it’s noticing when a story has stopped helping you, and choosing where your attention goes next.

HappyForThree

What’s your HappyForThree? Say it out loud. AND GO.

Name three things you’re happy for — out loud. It’s a small, slightly silly practice that keeps coming back throughout your 28 days.

The text is the doorway

Everything lives on the site, so you can go back to what you love.

Each Hello has a number and a title, so your favorites are easy to find again. The library keeps growing — new practices get added, and some old ones come back around, because this is a practice, not a content binge.

Questions

Do I have to download an app or log into a community?

Nope. That’s the whole point. A text arrives, you tap the link, and that day’s Hello opens right up.

How many texts will I get?

One main text a day. Every so often Marsha may send an extra random reminder or thought, but there’s no promise of multiple texts a day.

Can I reply?

Yes. The texts come from a dedicated Hello Me number — not Marsha’s personal cell — and replies go into the inbox.

When does it start?

Oct. 1. In this first founding round everyone begins together.

What if I’m not feeling positive?

Perfect. This isn’t about forcing good vibes. Hard days and hard thoughts are welcome — you’re just practicing noticing them.
